How to Submit Sample Planet® Codes for approval

Trackmymail.com will be glad to provide a test scan on sample PLANET Codes.
We accept scanned images sent to customerservice@trackmymail.com or hard copies mailed to us at the address below.
When submitting samples, it is critical that you provide:
• The 12 digit number you are attempting to print.
• Contact info so that we can call or email you with results

In checking your samples we will confirm that you have used the correct font, that the correct digits are displayed, that the checksum digit is correct, and that the correct framing bars have been used. We cannot assure that other characteristics such as background reflectance and barcode placement will be in compliance. A successful scan indicates that your Planet Code® can be read by our scanners. Trackmymail.com cannot assume responsibility for barcode issues which occur in production, or those that might impact scan results. Our goal in checking your barcodes is to be certain that you are following correct processes in creating the barcode. Other barcode quality issues should be confirmed with you local Postal Service officials.

You may also fax a copy of your piece to 301-924-2373. Please be aware that fax quality makes this the least preferred option.
