How do I complete the EMD spreadsheet that was attached to my Order Confirmation? You received this spreadsheet only if you indicated that you were dropping your mail at multiple postal facilities. The spreadsheet provided by TrackMyMail.com is pre-populated in the correct format. (See description of the fields that you provide below). On your spreadsheet, fields in dark blue are required-light blue fields are optional. Any required fields that are not pre-populated with data must have data entered prior to uploading. Any required fields that are pre-populated by TMM include a formula or number that must be copied for each mail drop. The following fields are to completed by the user:
1. Save the EMD file. 2. Log-in to your Trackmymail account and select the Uploads tab at the top of the Job List/Overview screen. 3. Select the option to UPLOAD EMD Entry Data, type in your email and click "continue" 4. Browse to find the EMD file you saved on your computer and click on "upload". 5. You will receive a confirmation page on the website. However, you should also receive an email confirmation indicating that the file wa successfully uploaded. If you are unable to upload the file, you may submit it as an email to customerservice@trackmymail.com. |
