Internet-based service, you don't need to buy any special equipment to use
it — it works with any browser. And since there's no capital investment
on your part, each mailing you track costs a fraction of the total cost of
the entire mailing — but delivers added control, actionable data, and
peace of mind.

No matter how you address your mail, it only takes the small addition of a
Planet CodeŽ bar, and you're ready to track your mail
through the Postal System — with near real-time results!
TrackMyMail offers a wide range of reports.
You can view results by date, state, BMC, and SCF, zip code…right down
to the single piece. You can also view your results on a map, view EMD information,
or even look up the status of a single piece of mail.
Tracking outbound mailings to their destination.
It doesn’t get much easier than this. Using your web browser, you notify
trackmymail.com about an impending mailing, including how many pieces are to
be mailed, when the mailing is scheduled to take place, and the post office
from which they are being mailed.
trackmymail.com issues a Planet CodeŽ to print as a bar code above
the address on each mail piece. You print that barcode and mail it.
That’s it. TrackMyMail does the rest.
As the mail moves through the system, the USPS sends trackmymail.com
information each time they scan Planet CodeŽ bar code. This scan information
feeds reports that measure delivery by date, state and zip code, and
can often drill down to track each individual piece.
trackmymail.com can also generate reports of all of the delivered
pieces by postnet, and e-mail any reports on a regular basis.
Upload data to trackmymail for richer reports.
trackmymail provides a variety of upload options, allowing you to
provide a range of information from to zip counts to detailed files
of everyone to
whom the mailing was sent. While this detailed data is never required,
it can provide for better, more robust reporting.
With this additional data in place, you can create and download detailed
reports of everyone who has — and has not — received a
mailing. You can include name and address information as well as user-defined
fields, to make it easier to track a mail piece to a specific person. |
