Executive Bios

David Lewis
President

As President and co-founder of trackmymail.com, David Lewis is responsible for providing the primary leadership and vision for the trackmymail.com team. With 20 years of experience in the mailing industry, 11 of them managing large letter shops, he possesses extraordinary knowledge of mailing procedures and methods as well as U.S. Postal Service Mailing Regulations. Mr. Lewis has earned a well-deserved reputation as an innovator and implementer of state-of-the-art methods in the mailing industry.

An industry leader, Mr. Lewis is a regular speaker at conferences, luncheons, and postal events across the country. He has spoken on mail piece design and mail tracking at national conferences such as the National Postal Forum, Mailcom, and the TAWPI annual conference. These speaking engagements along with articles published in many industry publications have made him a recognized mailing expert.

Mr. Lewis serves on the Board of Directors for MFSA, The Mailing and Fulfillment Service Association, and has played a key leadership role in many of their initiatives to enhance the mailing industry.

In addition to his responsibilities at trackmymail.com, Mr. Lewis is also the President of trackmymail.com’s parent company, ProList, Inc., a Maryland direct mail firm.

David Lokos
Chairman & CEO

A founding partner since its inception in 2000, Dave Lokos continues to remain a driving force in the organization. He has been in the data and mailing industry since 1989 and has spent over 20 years driving information technology solutions from concept to implementation. He still plays a leadership role in ProList, Inc., a direct mail business. Prior to reorganization as separate entities, ProList was trackmymail.com’s parent company.

Specializing in database design, integration, and management his entire career, Dave has developed several award-winning Web products for trackmymail.com. Dave has played an integral role in trackmymail.com's business strategy as well as the development of new products and services. His contributions helped trackmymail.com earn the Ingenuity Award for creative problem solving from the Mailing and Fulfillment Services Association.

Under his leadership, trackmymail.com revenues have grown in excess of 450% over the last four years. His focus on developing and maintaining an extremely creative, talented, and dedicated executive team—which includes some of the brightest minds in the mailing industry—has been and continues to be integral to trackmymail.com’s success.

Judy Kalus
Vice President, Business Development

A top performer in marketing and sales, Judy Kalus joined trackmymail.com in 2003. Starting as a product manager, Ms. Kalus was quickly promoted to Director of Core Products where she focused on identifying and supporting customer applications relevant to the company’s core products, and managing customer interactions. She has helped maintain and grow the business generated by customers who use TrackMyMail’s core products. Ms. Kalus has also been involved in building a top-notch client support team to handle all day-to-day client interactions.

As Vice President of Business Development, Ms Kalus oversees all sales and customer service activities, and is responsible for all client communications. Identifying new vertical applications and developing and implementing sales strategies to meet those markets is key to her position.

Ms. Kalus came to trackmymail.com from Listcleanup.com, a division of Mailnet Services, Inc. At Mailnet, she was instrumental in the start-up of the industry’s first online database correction service in 1997. She also managed a number of web-based services geared toward the direct marketing industry, including licensed products from the USPS.

Prior to Mailnet, Ms. Kalus spent 7 years with Pitney Bowes in various sales roles. She has also participated as a speaker or panelist in many direct marketing events, including sessions at various PCC’s, Mailcom and The Direct Marketing Association Annual Conference.

Chip Birckhead
Director, Information Technology

Chip comes to TrackMyMail from Manugistics Corp where he spent 9 years in various roles including Director of Solutions Consulting and Senior Manager of Product Development. Chip led the design and development of several commercial applications within the Manugistics' Supply Chain Management suite of products. Chip played a key role in transforming the Manugistics architecture from client/server to a fully web-enabled supply chain management solution. Chip’s software is currently running at Fortune-500 clients such as Nabisco, Hershey Foods, Georgia-Pacific, Staples and many more.

Prior to Manugistics, Chip was the IT Manager of Black & Decker’s Global Transportation Systems Group where he spent four years leading the design, development and implementation of several systems to run Black & Decker's Global Supply Chain. Prior to Black & Decker Chip spent 5 years with CSX Technology where he developed mainframe and client/server applications to support the CSX Rail, Sea and Intermodal operations. Chip holds an MBA from Loyola College of Maryland and a BS degree in Computer Science from Towson University.

Niel Hoffman
Director, Product Development

Niel joined trackmymail.com in February 2007 after serving in a similar role with Sourcelink in Elk Grove, IL as Director of Technical Sales Support. Niel spent over 7 years with Sourcelink; in addition to Product Development he had executive level responsibility for Data Processing, Client Services, Sales Support, Network Services and Information Services. Prior to Sourcelink, Niel was the Senior Product Analyst with Wallace Total Print Management with responsibility for designing, developing and implementing client systems applications. Before that he held a variety of management positions with Metromail, R.R. Donnelly and Sons, and Dun & Bradstreet. Niel received his BSBA degree from Elmhurst College and has served as an executive board member on the Northern Illinois Postal Customer Council.
