Automated Address Change Service through Intelligent Mail^®!

Update Pro™ uses the advanced abilities of the Intelligent Mail^® barcode to manage ACS™ electronically. Just like with mail tracking, we take ACS™ and make it easy to use! The required information will all be in the IM™BC. Update Pro™ from trackmymail.com^® collects change of address and nixie data and sends it back to the mailer to update address records.

The Postal Service™ requires mailers who are claiming automation discounts on First-Class Mail^®, Standard Mail^® or Periodical to keep their addresses up-to-date. Now, with Update Pro™, you can do it automatically! Select Update Pro™ and you will have address updates electronically generated as your mail moves through the Postal Service™. Use these updates to meet USPS^® requirements and, more importantly, improve the quality of your lists and direct mail efforts!

How it works:   Mailers who wish to use Update Pro™ should have this option added to their account by contacting trackmymail.com’s customer service department. trackmymail.com will assign the IM™BC’s with the appropriate service id for the type of ACS™ selected. Mailers using this service should use the file upload option and include a field for matching the electronic updates back to their database. This can be the field named “Unique Identifier” or one of three user defined fields. We will include this uploaded data in the file returned to the mailer so that updates can be easily matched to the mailer’s records.

Reports Provided:  Update Pro™ users will have access to the full range of reports with additional lookup capabilities to find and report new addresses and undeliverable addresses.

Who Benefits:  Update Pro™ is designed for any mailer that maintains a house file and needs to meet USPS^® Move Update requirements. Mailers using NCOA^Link® for address hygiene prior to mailing should add ACS™ to their routine to create a solid, serious approach to file maintenance. Adding ACS™ allows the mailer to capture updates that may have been added after NCOA^Link® processing has taken place, as well as carrier filed actions.
