With TrackMyVote™, you can track the delivery and return of votes in absentee and vote-by-mail balloting programs, assure the accuracy of your mail-based balloting methods, and provide an added layer of accountability to your absentee ballot process.

TrackMyVote™uses Intelligent Mail^® barcode, a Postal Service™ technology created specifically to track mail as it travels through postal sorting equipment to its destination. With TrackMyVote™, you watch your ballots travel through the system — and know when they’ve been delivered.

Track absentee ballots
With TrackMyVote™, a daily batch (or job) is created and a unique IM™BC is assigned for each absentee ballot mailed. Information such as voter name, voter id, and other important data may be uploaded to TrackMyVote.com so that information regarding the status of the ballot may be easily accessed.

As the mail moves through the postal system, TrackMyVote™ creates on-line tracking reports that measure delivery of the ballot by date, state, ZIP Code™ and more. These results can also be viewed at the Individual ballot level. We even offer a look-up feature to allow historical, single piece searches across all jobs!

Choose round-trip tracking to manage Outbound and Inbound tracking within a single job. You can even conduct look-ups by voter name or other criteria to see the scan results for the ballot going out and coming back.
