TrackItBack Pro is a tracking service designed primarily for utilities and remittance mailers, but useful for any business that relies on the mail to receive payments or responses. It tracks the reply or payment after it's sent back by the recipient.

TrackItBack Pro uses the Origin Confirm service with PLANET™ code technology from the US Postal Service to track mail as it travels through postal sorting equipment to and let you know exactly when reply mail has been sent to you. Every night, we will send you a file that contains a listing of every person who sent you a response in the mail the day before.

In addition, TrackItBack Pro offers a variety of reports on billing performance and customer behavior — so you can really know when the check is in the mail…and a whole lot more!
