Trackmymail Begins Beta Testing of Encode Pro IMB™ – Manage MID's and unique serial numbers from your desktop

Let's face it... Intelligent Mail can be complicated, and all of the proposed regulations stand to only make it more complicated. Fortunately, trackmymail.com has unmatched experience in Intelligent Mail, and we understand the challenges. Leave it to us to make it easy! We are in beta testing with a new plug in module that will help you assign your IMBs as well as manage your Mailer IDs (MID). You can even use this module to make sure all of your serial numbers are unique – even for the pieces you're not tracking. Clients told us they wanted to be able to use this feature locally without the reliance on an internet connection, and we listened! It's called Encode Pro IMB™, and it's the answer to your most pressing intelligent Mail challenges. You can go back to sleeping at night – we've taken care of your IMB worries.

With the Encode Pro IMB™ module installed locally on your computer, you simply select an input file, apply the criteria you wish to use for that mailing, and the module appends correct IMBs to all of the records. An encoded file is returned, along with the upload file you need to create your tracking job on trackmymail.com. It can also manage multiple MIDs on a single mailing and maintain unique serial numbering for all of your MIDs. Bottom line – we've created a total IMB solution. Best of all, it works independently from your mailing and list management software – you're not tied to any single version or process. Just plug in Encode Pro IMB™ and it's done.

This exciting new product is in early beta testing today. Look for a full release later this spring!

As the new Intelligent Mail regulations are clarified later this year, look for us to be developing solutions for container and pallet tagging as well as the data management requirements.
